The Analyst is responsible for exploration about customers, sales and market trends, products, and services to create marketing plans and competitive analysis. You will conduct thorough research and surveys and use the data gathered to formulate recommendations to make better business decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct quantitative or qualitative research
  • Collect and analyze data
  • Conduct market research: customers, sales and market trends, products, services
  • Create competitive analysis
  • Create persona analysis
  • Design research projects and surveys
  • Make presentations and recommendations using the data gathered from research and surveys
  • Formulate plans and assess future trends

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 3yrs experience as a market researcher, preferably in a design agency or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or similar
  • Extensive knowledge of data collection methods (i.e. polls, surveys, etc)
  • Proven experience on creating competitive analysis
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledgeable with search engines, web analytics, and business research tools
