Content Designer

Your Role

We are looking for a Content Designer to join our strategy team to help our clients reach their goals through their digital experience.You are responsible for all stages of the end-to-end user journey and bring brand personality through meaningful content. Collaborating with the strategy team, you’ll do extensive analysis and market research to understand consumer behavior and develop strategies that help our design and copy team create websites that connect with their ideal audience. You identify opportunities around their online content based on a deep analysis of competitors, market conditions, customer personas, and customer journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify potential problems in digital experiences
  • Conduct extensive research and analysis 
  • Create and understand competitive reviews and situational analyses
  • Create content design deliverables
  • Draft user stories for how a user interacts with the digital experience
  • Identify insights, challenges, and opportunities
  • Develop brand architecture, positioning, and strategy
  • Write compelling brand stories
  • Brief, present, and collaborate with creative teams
  • Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions
  • Make research papers

What You Should Have

  • 3+ years of experience as a Content Designer or Strategist or similar role 
  • High level of empathy, analytical skills, and collaboration
  • Extensive experience in creating competitive research and digital strategy analysis
  • Strong understanding of branding
  • A portfolio of brand-building projects is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Data-driven thinking
  • Communication and writing skills
  • BSc/MSc in Marketing or relevant field
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
