Experience Strategist

Your Role

We are looking for an Experience Strategist to join our strategy team with the aim of helping our clients reach their goals through their digital experience. Collaborating with the strategy team, you’ll do extensive analysis and market research to understand consumer behavior and develop strategies that help our design and copy team create websites that connect with their ideal audience. You identify opportunities around their online content based on a deep analysis of competitors, market conditions, customer personas, marketing channels and customer journey mapping.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct extensive primary and secondary research
  • Stay up-to-date on consumer research and market trends
  • Analyze research, data, and trends
  • Create and understand competitive reviews and situational analyses
  • Identify insights, challenges and opportunities
  • Develop website story flow and information architecture 
  • Write compelling brand stories
  • Brief, present, and collaborate with creative teams
  • Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions
  • Present to clients over Zoom

What You Should Have

  • 4+ years of experience as a Strategist, UX Writer or similar role
  • Strong experience in creative competitive research and digital strategy analysis
  • Portfolio of brand-building projects is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Experience developing narratives for complex websites
  • Strong user experience design thinking

  • Communication and writing skills
    BSc/MSc in Marketing or relevant field
