Account Executive

Your Role

You serve as the bridge between clients and our sibling company, Design Force. You develop and maintain long-term relationships with our clients and liaise between them and our internal teams. You ensure that our clients’ needs are being met and delivered by our teams. 

You also speak with potential new clients and help understand their needs and craft a solution for them. You proactively manage the sales funnel, following up with clients and reporting on results. You lead the onboarding of new clients, coordinate with internal teams and prepare everyone involved for a successful collaboration. 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a main point of contact between clients and our service delivery team
  • Effectively communicate clients’ needs to our service delivery team
  • Collaborate with our teams to ensure clients’ needs are met and delivered in a timely manner
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients and potential new clients
  • Managing customer satisfaction surveys to achieve quality standards and upsell whereas necessary for the client
  • Encouraging clients to refer new business
  • Keep track of client transactions and report to the Chief Executive Officer

What You Should Have

  • At least 3yrs work experience as an account executive, preferably in the design industry
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent customer management relationship building skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enjoys keeping up with latest design trends and techniques
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment
