You are a wordsmith who spearheads story flow for our client’s websites, balancing the brand’s voice/tone with their user engagement strategy. You work with the strategy team to shape a brand’s personality and develop a unique voice and tone. You are responsible for all copy touchpoints throughout the brand experience including websites, applications, and presentations, all beautifully and cleverly written.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop brand personality (tone/voice)
  • Write content that reflects the brand’s personality
  • Spearhead storyflow and communicate your vision with other writers on the team
  • Create marketing copies, prose, narratives that clearly communicates the brand’s message
  • Research and understand the brand’s needs and address them through writing
  • Conduct research on industry-related topics and identify gaps in our content
  • Assist in identifying brand positioning in rebranding projects
  • Collaborate with designers to enhance text with visual aids
  • Refine language and tone used by the brand to create brand guides

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years proven work experience as a Senior Writer, Senior Copywriter, Product Copywriter or similar role
  • Portfolio of websites/apps where you lead and wrote content
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong ability to write content adapting to the brand’s voice, tone, and needs
  • Solid time-management skills
  • Basic keyword search knowledge
