As a Graphic Designer, you create visually engaging and on-brand graphics across multiple media. You collaborate with creative leads and project managers to execute designs that meet project requirements, align with brand guidelines, and incorporate current design trends.

What You Do:

  • Collaborate with creative leads and project managers across different time zones.
  • Manage creative vision across various simultaneous design projects, such as advertisements, branding, social media assets, websites, and more.
  • Execute projects with high attention to detail, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Create and refine innovative, impactful designs that comply with project goals, brand guidelines, and customer needs.
  • Define or adhere to predefined styles, ensuring alignment with brand visual language across all deliverables.
  • Participate in art direction processes by contributing ideas and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Provide technical expertise to maintain consistency, quality, and creativity within individual projects.
  • Assist in mentoring junior team members by offering guidance and support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to foster personal and professional development.

  • Regularly review and optimize your workflows using AI, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Need To Succeed:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Design, Creative, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer within a creative agency, design studio, or in-house design team.
  • A portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, including advertisements, branding, and more.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides; basic understanding of motion design is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, data visualization, usability, and color theory.
  • Attention to detail in organizing files and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • Ability to translate creative direction into appealing and effective designs.
  • Strong time management skills to deliver high-quality work within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A team-focused mindset with experience collaborating with Art Directors and creative teams.
