By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website.

About the Website

The Website tells you about 500 Designs, our services, our work and job opportunities. It is intended for businesses and for people aged 18 or over. Any services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, not by these Terms. Nothing on the Website is an offer to provide services on particular terms.

When you contact us or apply for a job, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please don’t send confidential information through the Website unless we have agreed to receive it under a confidentiality agreement. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that can’t be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the UK or European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms isn’t a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Website.
