As a Design Producer at 500 Designs, you play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end production process of various creative projects. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, project managers, and clients, to ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Your exceptional organizational skills, communication prowess, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment contribute to delivering outstanding creative solutions.

What you do

Lead project planning sessions: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, timelines, tasks, and required resources.
Monitor project progress: Regularly track project milestones, identify and address any issues that arise, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Coordinate and manage projects using ClickUp: Utilize project management software to effectively organize, track, and report various project elements.
Provide regular updates: Prepare and present progress reports to management and relevant stakeholders, highlighting challenges, decisions, and any alterations to project deliverables.
Resource allocation: Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure availability and allocation of resources required for project execution.
Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize and improve processes, propose new projects aligned with organizational goals, and contribute to the growth of the design team.
Documentation and visualization: Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps as necessary to enhance future project management and collaboration.
Professional development: Attend conferences and training sessions to stay updated with industry trends and maintain proficiency in project management methodologies.

What you need to succeed

4-5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally within a design agency.
Proven problem-solving abilities and a passion for finding innovative solutions to drive growth.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced creative environment.
Proficiency in project management software tools, including but not limited to ClickUp, Trello, and Google Suite Applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with employees, clients, and external contacts.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams.
Attention to detail and ability to work with utmost discretion when handling sensitive information.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a design agency.
Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
In-depth knowledge of design processes and trends.
Ability to empower and lead a creative team to achieve exceptional results.
Strategic thinking and the ability to drive innovative solutions.
