What You Do:

  • Collaborate with creative leads, UX/UI designers, and project managers across multiple time zones to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Design and produce dynamic, visually stunning motion graphics that adhere to brand guidelines and enhance storytelling.
  • Independently manage and own projects from the planning phase to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output within budget and timelines.
  • Translate static design assets into fluid animations, adding depth and energy to visual narratives.
  • Develop storyboards, prototypes, and animatics to guide production processes and maintain alignment with creative direction.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across projects by applying motion graphics best practices and adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to client relationships by delivering exceptional work that adds value to their business.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in motion graphics, integrating new techniques into your work.
  • Ideate and execute creative solutions for short-form videos, meeting both creative and client-specific requirements.

  • Commit to ongoing learning by staying current with emerging AI technologies and best practices, and by sharing insights with the team.
  • Regularly review and optimize your workflows using AI, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Need To Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Motion Graphics, Animation, Design, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer in a creative agency, production studio, or in-house design team.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse motion graphics projects, including advertisements, social media animations, and video intros.
  • Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D.
  • Excellent understanding of motion design principles, animation techniques, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to create compelling story arcs that resonate with the target audience.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
  • Experience collaborating with Art Directors, UX/UI Leads, and creative teams.
