Senior Marketing Strategist

Your Role

You are responsible for setting specific objectives to develop an overall marketing strategy that improves company performance, expansion, and overall growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Orchestrate all digital, marketing and sales strategy for all the projects
  • Conduct research on strategic marketing plans to reach company’s goals
  • Coordinate marketing strategies and approaches with the marketing team
  • Keep track of the marketing team’s performance
  • Analyze market trends by doing market research
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and methods of marketing
  • Create and implement marketing strategies in line with the company’s needs
  • Oversee all execution of marketing strategies, campaigns and deliverables
  • Regularly report to the CEO and/or CCO regarding the improvement of business

What You Should Have

  • 5+ years of strong experience as a Marketing Manager/Business Strategist, preferably in a design agency or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Creative and analytical thinking
  • Strong project management, leadership, and problem solving skills
  • Strategic planning Strong ability to promote the business
  • Positive attitude and start-up mindset to improve company’s performance
  • Knowledge of CRM software Great leadership skills
