As an SEO Specialist, you help us build a strong online presence together with our Strategy team. You perform keyword research, optimize our content, and monitor user engagement across our website. You are primarily responsible for executing specific SEO tactics to improve a website’s visibility in search engines and drive organic traffic.

What you do

Keyword Research & Optimization:

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact search terms.
  • Implement on-page optimization techniques, including meta tags, headings, and content.
  • Collaborate closely with content creators to align SEO strategies with content development.

 

Technical SEO & Site Health:

  • Identify and address technical issues that affect SEO performance.
  • Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data markup.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement necessary technical enhancements.

 

Content Strategy & Link Building:

  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with SEO objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective link-building strategies.
  • Continuously monitor content performance, adapting strategies based on data-driven insights.

 

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor performance.
  • Analyze data to derive meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Create regular SEO performance reports to inform stakeholders about progress.

 

Stay Ahead of Industry Trends:

  • Stay up-to-date with evolving search engine algorithms and industry best practices.
  • Propose and implement innovative strategies to adapt to the dynamic SEO landscape.

 

Execute Tests & Optimization:

  • Conduct tests, gather and analyze data, identify trends, and gain insights to maximize ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.

 

Campaign Management & Reporting:

  • Manage campaign expenses, ensuring budget adherence and accurate cost estimation.
  • Reconcile discrepancies and report on performance metrics, comparing them to SEO goals and benchmarking data.

 

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate with content creators, developers, sales, and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices into content creation and programming.
  • Provide recommendations for changes to website architecture, content, and other factors to enhance SEO positions.

 

Continuous Improvement & Trend Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of SEO trends and emerging tools and practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.
  • Your role as an SEO Specialist will contribute significantly to our online visibility and engagement, driving our mission to excel in the digital landscape.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Computer Science).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
  • Experience in developing and executing content strategies aligned with SEO objectives, collaborating with content creators.
  • Proficiency in identifying and addressing technical SEO issues, optimizing website speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data markup.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor performance, analyze data, and create SEO performance reports.
  • Commitment to staying updated with search engine algorithms and industry trends to adapt SEO strategies.
  • Ability to conduct tests, analyze data, and optimize paid search campaigns for maximum ROI, including copy and landing page optimization.
  • Experience in managing campaign expenses, adhering to budgets, and providing accurate cost estimations. Able to reconcile discrepancies and report on performance metrics.
