AlphaStruxure
Helping AlphaStruxure Turn a Complex Energy Model Into a Clear Category Story
AlphaStruxure helps organizations deploy complex on-site energy infrastructure without the upfront capital, technical risk, or operational burden. But their website did not make that value easy to understand. We clarified their story, sharpened their positioning, and rebuilt the site narrative around what buyers needed to know first: what AlphaStruxure does, why it matters, and why they can be trusted with large-scale energy infrastructure.

The offer was strong. The story was harder to understand.
- Complex offering
- Buyers could not quickly understand what AlphaStruxure does or how Energy as a Service works.
- Unclear category story
- The website relied on broader EaaS language instead of clearly defining AlphaStruxure’s role in on-site power.
- Differentiators surfaced too late
- Proof points like major microgrid projects, parent-company backing, and lifecycle ownership were not doing enough work early in the experience.
- High-stakes buyer decisions
- The site needed to build trust quickly for audiences evaluating major infrastructure investments, not just explain the company.

Clarify the offer. Lead with proof. Make the decision easier.
We reorganized the website story around the questions buyers need answered first: what AlphaStruxure provides, how the model reduces risk, and why the team is equipped to deliver. The new narrative brought the company’s strongest proof points forward, explained Energy as a Service in plain language, and connected technical capabilities to practical outcomes like faster time to power, predictable costs, resilience, and long-term performance.

A stronger story that helped visitors spend more time evaluating the offer
After the relaunch, AlphaStruxure’s website showed stronger engagement across key behavior signals. Visitors had more engaged sessions per active user, spent more active time with the site, and completed more engagement events. For a complex B2B offering, that matters because the website needed to do more than attract traffic. It needed to help buyers understand the model, explore the proof, and spend more time with the information that supports a high-stakes decision.
