Nu Leaf

Helping Nu Leaf Turn a Fast-Growing Mental Health Practice Into a Clearer, More Trusted Digital Experience

Nu Leaf Mental Health Group had grown from a self-funded solo practice into a multimillion-dollar mental health group serving more than 3,000 patients across California. But the website needed to better reflect what made the practice different.

We helped Nu Leaf create a modern website and marketing foundation that makes its services easier to understand, supports patient trust, and gives prospective patients a clearer path from early research to scheduling care.

Patients need care quickly. The website needed to make the path clear.

High-intent patient demand
People were searching for psychiatry, ADHD evaluations, medication management, and mental health support, but needed a website that could turn that search intent into informed action.
Complex service mix
Diagnostic evaluations, therapy, medication management, ADHD testing, genetic testing, and lifestyle recommendations all needed to be explained in a way patients could understand without feeling overwhelmed.
Trust barriers
Many patients came from delayed, rushed, or inconsistent care experiences, so the site needed to quickly communicate credibility, responsiveness, and a more structured care model.
Long intake and booking process
Nu Leaf identified intake form completion as a common drop-off point, meaning the website had to reduce friction before and after appointment scheduling.

Building a website that helps patients understand their options and take the next step with confidence.

We focused the website around the real decision patients are making: “Can this team help me, and how do I start?”

That meant clarifying Nu Leaf’s services, simplifying the site structure, and creating a more modern visual direction that feels warm, credible, and easy to navigate. The strategy also supported Nu Leaf’s local search goals, with SEO planning around high-intent mental health keywords, location-based searches, and service-specific pages.

The new experience was designed to guide visitors through the full journey: learning about care options, understanding what makes Nu Leaf different, building trust through provider and review signals, and moving toward an initial evaluation. The site also needed to support practical actions like booking, contacting the practice, accessing the patient portal, and finding clear next steps.

A stronger digital foundation for patient trust, access, and growth

The new Nu Leaf website gives the practice a clearer way to communicate who they are and how they help. Instead of asking visitors to piece together services, providers, scheduling, and support, the experience organizes the path around patient needs: understand the care model, find the right service, trust the team, and schedule an initial evaluation.

The result is a more useful website for prospective patients and a stronger marketing foundation for the business. Nu Leaf can now better support organic search, local visibility, paid traffic, patient education, and ongoing growth while presenting the practice as what it has become: a modern, structured, and patient-centered mental health group built for accessibility, trust, and continuity of care.
